" We haven't had much experience with estate agents but if all were like Rachel Elroy, renting would be a breeze. My daughter saw the flat on the Internet and Rachel very obligingly took a video tour to show her around. We went to see it for her and we rented it there and then. While preparing the papers Rachel very kindly offered us coffee and even some lunch. Upon arriving on the day she again went out of her way to come and open the flat so we could leave our suitcase before going to the airport to collect my daughter. Again, we found her waiting for us with drinks and snacks to welcome my daughter to her new home. Rachel was professional all the way and provided any information we asked for. Being from abroad we needed to know re electricity, water, gas etc and Rachel provided all necessary links and information. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone wanting to rent. One wouldn't be able to find a more helpful agent. "

She was available for contact through my whole tennancy and responded very quickly. She seems to be on good terms with the landlords she works with and probably did more for me than her job description encompasses. Like the other reviewer, I'm a student from abroad as well, and I could recommend Rawlins Estates to other students and immigrants in a heartbeat. I've moved into a modern, well-maintained studio flat in a very good location with another person. I'm not sure who controls the prices - the landlady or the agent - but neither increased the price when I told her I'm going to live there with somebody else (I've seen it happen with my friends). The flat was just like advertised - all the repairs, utility and Internet bills were included in the price - the only aditional things I paid for were the inventory check at the beginning of the tennancy and the end of tennancy cleaning, which is pretty fair. The landlady provided us with a wardrobe and a table for free, too. After moving out I got my full deposit back. To move in there I did not need a guarantor living in UK. Overall a good experience with minimal hassle. Recommended."

I've been blessed to find Rawlins Estates and this amazing woman Rachel Elroy! I was looking for a studio flat and I had some bad experience with a couple of agencies before. Then one day I came across an advert and gave them a call. That's how I met Rachel! And I couldn't believe my luck! Everything happened so quick, professional and straight to the point. I had the viewing on the next day and a day after I received the message I was waiting for for such a long time - my offer had been accepted and all the paperwork and references had to be done.
